Tile & Plank Ceilings
Square or rectangular tiles installed on T-grids, hook-on systems, or torsion-spring suspension. Perforated versions deliver excellent acoustic absorption with a non-woven membrane bonded to the back face.
Open Cell & Baffle Ceilings
When you want to expose the services above (ducting, sprinklers, lighting) while still defining the ceiling plane visually, open systems are the answer. Cell ceilings create a grid of small openings; baffle ceilings use vertical fins that read as a continuous surface from below but offer 80%+ openness from above. Popular in retail, transit, and modern commercial spaces.
Heartfelt — When Acoustics Win
Heartfelt is Hunter Douglas's felt-based panel system designed primarily for acoustic performance. Made from PET (often recycled), it absorbs reverberation dramatically — ideal for restaurants, open offices, and educational spaces where noise control is critical. Available in 5 grey and 5 earth tones, in heights of 55mm, 80mm, and 105mm.
